Friendly service within 25 km of the airport. Walking to a train station from hanoi capital was easy. Purple cherry restaurant, which can be found only 600 m away, was a fast dining option. Excellent base for exploring Hanoi❤

Hotel as a hotel, not better nor worse than others at this price
Single hotel, they do everything to make you more to them did not come. And are not billed, the hotel owner wanted to charge us money 2 times, then apologized. and never book anything from them. We cheated, we're going into the compartment vip, in the end, he booked us cheapest compartment on the train and took the money three times, so you learn when you're in the train.

I'd like english speaking and very friendly and nice hotel staff. They were supportive and willing to help and serve. Even after few day off the hotel, when we show up again there, they were very kind and hospitable. Hotel it self is located in side street, not so busy as surronding noisy and hectic streets of Old Quarter.
I did not like the bed, specificaly the bedlam. It was very hard, metal string based, which make it very uncomfortable.

The hotel was very inexpensive. The room was clean, although a little scruffy. The staff were friendly, although beware that they will try to persuade you to book certain tours with them.
